Paul Lawrence Elliott Jr., remained held without bond in the Fannin County Jail last week following his arrest on two felony counts of Child Molestation.
Elliott Jr., 23, of 760 Synacia Drive, Mineral Bluff, was taken into custody August 24 at 10:15 p.m. by Deputy Sheriff Andrew Cole, according to the jail booking report.
Warrants taken out by Investigator Erin Sehl accuse Elliott Jr., of indecent acts involving two female victims, both under the age of 12.
An allegation was reported to the sheriff’s office through an anonymous tip by a mandated reporter in December 2022. The crimes were said to take place between April 2022 and November 2022.
Elliott Jr.’s, arrest came after a lengthy investigation by the sheriff’s office.
As that investigation continued this week, Elliott Jr., was charged with two more felony counts of Unlawful Surveillance.
