After waiting several minutes past the scheduled time, the November 2 Downtown Development Authority meeting was called off due to a lack of quorum.
Although it was known that member Nichole Potzauf was not able to make it, Vice Chairman Nathan Fitts and member Susan Catron were no shows.
Chairman Cesar Martinez said that the authority has begun helping a local entrepreneur to obtain grants for an up and coming business.
He would not disclose any additional details.
Member Jay Hamilton, alongside Martinez, were the only to attend.
