City of Blue Ridge voters can head to City Hall Tuesday, March 24, between 7 a.m. and 7 p.m. to cast ballots for the open post three seat.
Facing off for the spot are Mike Panter and Brian Higgins.
There are 972 registered to vote, and 42 have early voted as of Friday, March 13, according to Election Superintendent Barbie Gerald.
City Hall will only be open for voting.
