Blue Ridge Community Theater (BRCT) has been recognized with the 2020 Tripadvisor Travelers’ Choice Award for Attractions.
This places BRCT within the top 10% for attractions around the world and among the best in the nation.
“2020 has been particularly rough for us,” said Production Manager Joseph Nicolella.
“This was our 20th year, so we had really big plans for not only our shows onstage, but also for community outreach and festival participation. But being recognized like this on a national scale really does give our organization a much needed morale boost. What we do here matters, to our audiences and our actors, so it’s terrific to have this kind of affirmation that our locals and tourists have a high regard for our organization.”
They were also recognized for the efforts to slow the spread of COVID-19.
