The Humane Society of Blue Ridge cat of the week is Emma. She is a gorgeous, healthy 10-year-old tabby who is looking for a quiet home where she is the only pet. Emma is so easy going and extremely affectionate with people. She would love a home with a screened porch or a window with a view so that she can do her bird watching. Fannin County Animal Control had 18 dogs in their care as of Friday morning, March 25.
This past week, seven dogs were taken in while two were reclaimed and another was adopted.
