A grand opening ceremony for the Rainbow Bridge at the Healing Farm Foundation on Cutcane Road in Mineral Bluff was held in early October.
The bridge is a living tribute, dedicated to the cherished memories of beloved pets who passed away, an announcement of the ceremony said. “It is a place of solace and remembrance, serving as a symbol of the everlasting bond between pet owners and their furry companions.”
The “Rainbow Bridge” is part of pet owner culture, a mythical place where pets cross over and wait for their humans to arrive in perfect health and happiness. The bridge represents healing, hope, and the promise of reunion. The Healing Farms Foundation’s Rainbow Bridge “is a physical space for our community to honor that special connection,” the announcement said.
