The Blue Ridge Business Association spent their weekend enjoying their 12th annual Fire & Ice Chili Cook-off and Craft Beer Festival in downtown Blue Ridge.
Businesses from all over Fannin County came to participate in the competition, with several leaving as winners. The biggest winners of the day were Hook & Eye as they took home first place in the People’s Choice category.
Feed Fannin came out on top in the Civic Category with Project Chimps falling closely behind in second place.
For the Professional/Restaurant category, Roe/Tipping Point Brewery wowed the judges leaving them with first place. Following behind in second place was, again, Hook & Eye, with Rin Tin’s Barks and Brews Cantina placing third.
The Team category of the cook-off led off with Pit Stop Chili receiving first place and Century 21 stepping up to second place. In third place for this category was Steel City Chili.
