Fannin County Animal Control has several sweet dogs at their facility – consider adopting one today.
The featured pooch this week is the Lab mix shown with Animal Control Officer J.R. Cornett.
This boy is big! He has a beautiful, salt and pepper coat.
Cornett calls this guy a “gentle giant.”
He was found on Tennis Court Road in Blue Ridge March 9.
Ready to add him to your family? Call Animal Control at 706-632-3845, and use his intake number 046-21.
All dogs taken to Animal Control are housed at the facility until being reclaimed or adopted.
This past week, four dogs were taken in, and one was adopted.
Volunteers are welcome to visit, walk and play with dogs at the facility during business hours.
The Animal Control facility is open to the public Monday through Saturday from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
After those hours, officers follow up on community concerns and respond to stray calls.
More information on any of the dogs at the facility is available by giving them a call.
Animal Control is located at 1001 Fannin Industrial Park in Blue Ridge.
