Tour of Trees to give Shop with a Cop financial boost

    Benefiting Fannin County’s Shop with a Cop program, Serenity in the Mountains is hosting a Christmas Tour of Trees.

    The event will be held Sunday, November 29, from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. and will allow patrons to bask in awe at 74 different Christmas trees.

    Tickets cost $20 each, and each purchased ticket will be placed in a $200 gift-basket drawing from Serenity.

    Light refreshments will be served, and guests can expect a few special surprises, according to Serenity owner Lynda Cole.

    Tickets can be purchased at Serenity, the Fannin County Sheriff’s Department, Bank OZK and United Community Bank.

    All proceeds benefit Shop with a Cop.

    Shop with a Cop promotes positive relationships with law enforcement by providing children a fun-filled day complete with Christmas shopping.
