Regina Davis

Regina T. Davis, age 96, of Morganton, passed away Thursday, October 14, 2021.

Mrs. Davis was born October 19, 1924, in Morganton, to the late Gene Thomas and the late Ethel Sullivan Thomas. She was a member of Morganton Baptist Church. Regina was a well-known Avon Representative throughout Fannin County and enjoyed being on her lawnmower cutting grass and working in her garden. She took great pride in her manicured yard. She also enjoyed all types of sports. Regina was preceded in death by her father, Gene Thomas; mother, Ethel Sullivan Thomas; and husband, T. E. Davis.

Survivors include her sons, Ben Davis and Tommy Davis; grandchildren, Jason (Nicole) Davis, Jonathan Davis and Ethan (Marie) Davis; and great-grandchildren, Jack Davis and Tanner Davis.

Graveside services were held Monday, October 18, 2021, at 2 p.m. at the Morganton Methodist Cemetery, Morganton, with Dr. Tom Jordan officiating.

Interment followed. Pallbearers were Jason Davis, Jonathan Davis, Ethan Davis, Robert Turner, Todd Dickens and Mike Attard.

Arrangements were entrusted to the Henry-Cochran Funeral Home, of Blue Ridge.
