By virtue of a Power of Sale contained in that certain Security Deed from Paul Collis and Jennifer Collis to Mark Thomas and Cody Thomas dated July 21, 2008, recorded in Deed Book 853, Page 308, Fannin County, Georgia, records, said Security Deed having been given to secure a Note of even date in the original principal amount of Ninety-Five Thousand and 00/100, ($95,000.00) with interest thereon as provided for therein, there will be sold at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash before the courthouse door of Fannin County, Georgia, within the legal hours of sale on the first Tuesday in June 4, 2024, the following described property:
