Eva Reese

Eva M.  Reese, age 86, of Blue Ridge, passed away Saturday, February 19, 2022, in Oakwood, Georgia.

She was born February 4, 1936, in Greensboro, North Carolina. Coming from Greensboro, she had lived in this area for the past six years.

She was a member of Temple Baptist Church and enjoyed gardening and spending time with her children and grandchildren.

Eva was preceded in death by her oldest daughter, Marlyn Pressley.

Survivors include: daughter, Allie (Dennis) Knight; son, Len (Maryrenee) Allen; eight grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren; and several great-great-grandchildren also survive.

Graveside services will be Thursday evening, February 24, from Lake View Cemetery in Greensboro.

The family will receive friends at the Henry-Cochran Funeral Home, of Blue Ridge, Wednesday, February 23, 2022, from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m.
