The 20,000-square-foot shell facility being built by the Fannin County Development Authority sits off Hwy. 5 and Kyle Road, directly across from Tri-State EMC. It is scheduled to be completed by April 2017. The building is available for any business, such as back office or light manufacturing, to move into. Development authority leaders hope the facility will bring job creation and revenue to the county, Executive Director Christie Arp said.
