Ruby Ophelia South Smith, 88, passed away peacefully Tuesday, June 23, 2009, at her home in Mineral Bluff, Ga., with her son at her side. Funeral services were held at Carmichael-Hemperly in East Point, Ga., and interment was at College Park cemetery.
