Every now and then I read or hear something that reminds me how the years have changed the way we do things now compared to when we were young.
Years ago, when Blue Ridge citizens agreed to allow alcohol by the drink, they said they didn’t want bars. Elected officials promised they would never allow such establishments in the city.
