Fannin County’s coronavirus numbers are flat. They have been for a couple of weeks.
Other counties are reporting spikes while others are seeing declines.
Just when it appeared Blue Ridge City Council members wanted to be sure annexation was done the right way, with plenty of citizen input, it looks like they are interested in rushing it through.
To their credit, members of the Blue Ridge City Council put an annexation plan on hold when they met Tuesday.
The fighting isn’t hand-to-hand with pitchforks and farm tools.
If emails are any indication, and hopefully they are, decision making power in Blue Ridge will soon be where it rightfully belongs – in the hands of city council members.
One by one, and one step at a time, local businesses are re-opening their doors and employees are going back to work.
