Lori Ann Raper Anderson, age 54, of Blue Ridge, passed away Sunday, August 12, 2018, at her home.
Lori was born May 4, 1964, in Concord, North Carolina, to the late Frank Raper and Katherine Flowers Raper. A member of Mt. Herman Baptist Church, she enjoyed spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren. Lori was the manager of the Department of Driver Services in Blue Ridge.
Survivors include loving husband, Donald Anderson; three daughters, Amanda Anderson, Natasha Anderson and Stephanie Anderson; one sister, Annette Wilson; and three grandchildren, Elijah Crowder, Ariannah Crowder and Amelia Crowder.
Funeral services were held Wednesday, August 15, 2018, at 2 p.m., at the Henry-Cochran Funeral Home with the Rev. Robert Flowers officiating. Music provided by the Flowers Family singers. Interment followed in the Van Hook Baptist Church Cemetery. Pallbearers included: Jason Bradburn, Scott Stanley, Jeff Kaylor, Zackary Flowers, Dean Bryant and Richard Corn. Honorary pallbearers were: Gary Craft, Jimmy Anderson, Richard Anderson, Phil Carstensen and Bill Hellerstedt.
The family received friends at the Henry-Cochran Funeral Home Tuesday, August 14, 2018, from 6 until 9 p.m.
