Evelyn Max

Evelyn Mason Max, age 83, of Blue Ridge, passed away July 11, 2020, in Social Circle, Georgia. 

Evelyn was born February 16, 1937, in Cumming, Georgia, to the late Hubert Ralston and the late Elvie Thurmond Ralston. A member of the Baptist faith, she was preceded in death by her son, Timothy Earl Mason; her sister, Mary Mooney Roberts; and her brothers, Clarence Lee Mooney and Dean Mooney. 

Evelyn loved the Lord and enjoyed attending church services.

Survivors include her partner of 25 years, Roy Green; sons, Rocky Lamar Mason and Thomas J Mason Jr.; daughters, Susan Elaine Rich and Margie Denise Mason; sister, Carol Lee Ralston Everett of Norcross, Georgia; brother, Hubert (JR) Ralston of Thompson, Georgia; grandchildren, Andy (Amber) Mason, J. T. Mason, Tammy Mason, Stephanie Mason, Billie Mason, Bobby Rich, Kristy Mason, Misty (David) Wigley, Alicia Mason, Johnathan Whitmore and Jeremiah Whitmore; great-grandchildren, Andy Mason Jr., Skylar Slappy, Abigail Mason, Hailey Mason, Bobbi Rich, Ashlan Phillips, Mason Phillips, Calliyon Thompson, Jacob Wigley, Lexi Wigley and Bronxx Whitmore.

Funeral services were held Saturday, August 1, 2020, at the Henry-Cochran Funeral Home in Blue Ridge, with Calvin Murphy officiating.

Arrangements were entrusted to the Henry-Cochran Funeral Home of Blue Ridge.
