WATER RISES AFTER HEAVY RAINS

Heavy rains caused high water across the area and conditions were expected to worsen this week as a heavy weekend snow was being followeda by more heavy rain Monday and Tuesday morning. Officials were warning citizens to be cautious in areas of high water.
