Ribbon cutting celebrates opening of Blue Ridge campus

  • Candace Seabolt, left, is one of five University of North Georgia (UNG) students to be accepted for the Fulbright U.S. Student Program and the first ever from Blue Ridge. Seabolt will travel to Tiawan to teach English as part of the program and recently graduated with a degree in kinesiology with a teacher certification.
