NOTICE OF FORECLOSURE OF RIGHT TO REDEEM PROPERTY
Take notice that:
The right to redeem the following described property, to wit:
0 Lickskillet Road according to the present system of numbering properties in Fannin County Georgia, having Tax Parcel ID # 0064 005 and being further described as follows:
All that tract or parcel of land lying and being in the 9th District and 2nd Section of Fannin County, Georgia, being a part of Land Lot No. 199, more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point of intersection of center of Little Fightingtown Creek and the East right-of-way of county gravel road known as .Old Lickskillet Road., and running thence Northwesterly with the East side of said road a distance of 480 feet to the center of Little Fightingtown Creek; thence with the center of Little Fightingtown Creek as the same meanders in a generally Southeasterly and then Northeasterly direction a distance of 884 feet to the point of beginning, and containing 3.5 acres according to a plat of survey entitled .M. C. Rose Property. prepared by Roy Gibson dated March 14, 1973 and revised by Otis Gibson November 10, 1973 and recorded in Plat Book 6 Page 123, Fannin County Records.
Being property conveyed to M.C. Rose and Betty J. Rose by warranty deed recorded in Deed Book 48 Page 275 Fannin County Georgia records.
will expire and be forever foreclosed and barred on and after the day of March 24, 2020, or thirty days after legal service of this notice, whichever is later.
The tax deed to which this notice relates is dated the 2nd day of June, 2015, and is recorded in the office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Fannin County, Georgia, in Deed Book 1131 Page 792.
